Please join us on January 29th 2011 for a Chromium Hackathon in Ottawa.

The event will include training on the major features of Chromium!
Including all the juicy stuff about HTML5
The awesome Chrome Extensions API and Chrome Web Store
Google Chrome enthusiasts will be on hand to help and to answer questions throughout the day.

Throughout the day, we will be building a complete HTML5 applicatio and sharing the code with you so you can code along with us. If, on the other hand, you already have a great idea for what to build, bring that idea with you to the hackathon. Even better, bring along anything you can prepare ahead of time (sketches, designs, webpage mockups, etc.) and use the time and information provided to develop your idea into a working application, then share it with the world.
At the end of the day, we'll invite you to share your Chrome HTML5 application with the group.

We will provide facilities, power, food, refreshments, and experts to help you learn to use Chromium and write your HTML5 application. Just bring your laptop, ideas, and enthusiasm to complete the mix.

The Ottawa Hackathon will take place Saturday, January 29th 2011 from 9AM to 5PM. It will be held in 90U University of Ottawa Center.

Only 96 seats will be available. It will be on a first come first serve basis.
Please make sure you have a laptop ready, that is the only requirement!

Prices will be handed to some people :)
Of course, Googlers and Chromium Contributors will be present among you assisting you and helping you develop the next awesome HTML5 app on Chromium!
